Some pages let you send information to The Center directly. This includes program and event registration forms and any other online form we publish. Depending on the form, that can include your name, the participant’s name, email address, phone number, and the answers to questions the form asks (for example a grade level, a t-shirt size, or an emergency contact).

Registration information is stored in the website’s secure database so Center staff can manage rosters, capacity and waitlists. Only authorized Center staff accounts can view it.

The contact page currently asks you to call 308-254-7000 or email hello@ccccsidney.com. Email you send us arrives in The Center’s email account and is handled by staff. Email is not an encrypted channel — please do not send sensitive personal or medical details by email.

Membership sign-up buttons on this site link out to The Center’s membership portal hosted by GymMaster. When you follow one of those links you leave this website. Anything you enter there — including your personal details and payment information — is collected and processed by GymMaster and The Center’s membership system under GymMaster’s own privacy and security terms, not by this website.

This website does not currently take online payments. Giving is handled by phone or by mailed check, as described on the Give page. If The Center later adds an online donation platform, that provider will process your payment details under its own privacy policy and this page will be updated.

“Ask The Center” is an automated assistant that answers questions about The Center's programs, hours and services. The messages you type are sent to a third-party AI service provider so a reply can be generated, and are used for that purpose. It is not a live staff member and it should not be used to send personal, medical or payment information. For anything sensitive, call 308-254-7000.

This website does not currently run a newsletter sign-up. If you ask staff to add you to a mailing list, that request is handled outside this website.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Browser storage is used for functional purposes only — for example, keeping a signed-in staff member authenticated in the admin area, and remembering small interface preferences on the page you are using.

Like any website, requests to our servers and to the services that host and deliver this site may be logged by those providers for security, error reporting and reliability purposes. Those logs can include technical details such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We use information you submit to:

• Register participants and manage program rosters and waitlists.
• Contact you about a registration, program change or your question.
• Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

The Center does not sell information collected through this website. We share it with the service providers that operate the website and its database, and where required by law.

This website relies on outside providers for hosting, its database, the Ask The Center assistant, and the membership portal. Pages may also link to external sites such as GymMaster, Google Maps and social media. Once you follow an external link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. The Center does not control those policies.

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database with access limited to authorized Center staff accounts. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Many Center programs serve children, and registration forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, not by a child. This website is not designed for children to use independently, and we do not knowingly ask children to submit their own information online. If you believe a child submitted information without a guardian, contact us at hello@ccccsidney.com and we will address the request.

Registration and inquiry records are kept while they remain useful for running the program, for follow-up, and for The Center’s recordkeeping. The Center has not published a fixed retention schedule for website submissions; if you want to know whether we still hold a specific record, contact us and we will check.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
