Adults 60+ for congregate meals; SilverSneakers® available to eligible members through participating health plans.

Schedule

Congregate Meals served Monday–Friday at The Center; SilverSneakers® classes held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at The Training Room.

Staying active is about more than exercise. It's about staying connected.

SilverSneakers® helps eligible older adults stay moving through group fitness classes and access to The Center, while our Senior Community Meal Program brings people together for healthy, affordable weekday meals.

Meals are provided through the Aging Office of Western Nebraska, with a voluntary contribution encouraged.
