Training Room: 24/7 access for members. CCCC facility hours: Mon–Thu 6a–8p · Fri 6a–7p · Sat 7a–1p · Sun 12p–5p.

Discover personalized wellness in Sidney with free instructor-led classes, 24-hour secure access to The Training Room, an elevated indoor track that circles the gymnasium, and expert guidance from our certified Fitness Director — designed for every age and ability.

Classes include FIREMODE with Whitney Whatley (Tue/Thu, 5:30–6:15a), Spin with Rita Leininger (Tue/Thu, 8–8:45a), Alex Fisher's Smash HIIT, Soul Fusion and Yoga, plus more on the weekly schedule.
